came across THIS site a few days ago which is pretty nice and convenient.. don't think it has been posted here yet so I figured I'd share .. if it has been posted, then forgive me and delete the thread 
also, there is no real xbox one section to post anything related, so I posted here.. maybe there should be a new xbox one section as it has already been over a year since release
this site has a list of all the components of the xbox one , the part numbers, component markings, package type, datasheet (mostly) and much more
was diagnosing no power issue on a couple xbox ones the other day and found this site which was very helpful
XBOX 360 version is HERE but its the old phat 360 and not the slim
hopefully it will be of use to someone .. enjoy
