Xbox one disc drive swap

Okay sorry if I am posting a question irrelevant to this forum. I have the problem with my Xbox one disc drive where it won't read any discs. I want to replace the drive, but it doesn't look like you can just swap motherboards with another Xbox one drive and swap them like you could with the 360. Does anyone know how to do the swap properly?

For now, it is not possible to swap other drive. You would need DVD key, which you can't obtain or even write untill TX will release something.

Only thing I can suggest you is try to find working one, use board from your broken drive and see what will happen. I think there is nothing you can do now

why not send it back to microsoft for replacement, should be still covered by warranty unless you have pulled it apart...i've had to do it twice so far
