I just bricked my main Xbox One. The error showing is E100 00000703 80910002. I tried every one of the offline system diagnostic options but to no avail. Then I can across this thread (http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/error-e100-aka-the-brick-and-how-i-solved-it.1286221/). My problem is that I don't have a backup of my nand. I was wondering if this could be fixed by having someone replace the GPU and/or Nand flash chips. I can take care of buying the GPU and Nand flash but who would be able to swap the chips for me at a reasonable price. Suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks

finding a apu processor for it (cpu/gpu all in one) with a valid nand dump for that chip would be the issue here.im gonna say that you prolly wont even find one atm,but could be wrong.nand is tied to cpu key im quite sure like it was in 360,but theres not alot of good info out there on xbox ones atm.

Theoretically what do you think would be the process? Do you think I could buy a busted board from ebay and swap out my GPU and Nand chips with it's chips? I don't think any other components rely on the cpu key being correct. Except the disc drive which I could care less for.
