xbox one hdd questions

sorry if im in the wrong place

ive been trying to reserch this as much as possible, without much luck.
is the hard drive still swappable since the latest update? and larger partitions recognized?
is the actual sata port on the mobo sata 2 or 3? its hard to think a next gen console would have previous gen hardware, usb 3 would be faster.

this is really frustrating while trying to decide on what kinda hdd to upgrade with. please help me

thanks, i have seen that tho. its from before the update and theres been mentions of the hdd no longer being swappable, so much hear say floating around its hard to be sure
