Hello,

Sorry if I do not post in the right section, I have not found better than this one I think.

A customer brought me an Xbox One HS (it fell) ...

So I had the great joy to disassemble for the first time the corny ^^

Apart from the outer shell, it does not seem to have suffered too much ... except a small component that is soldered / snatch (photo attached)

By cons I encounter a small problem to try to fix:
Without the component, Xbox One starts but stops after about 30 seconds ...
With welded wire with Kynar or stranded largest component, the console does not start at all ...
The component in place seamless, just held in place, the console starts but stops in a variable time between 2 and 5 minutes ...
So I want your lights on the origin of this component, whether it can be replaced or how to bypass it, because I do not have adequate knowledge of electronics ...

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for the definite answer to the component.

Is it possible to replace it with something else, because it does not seem obvious to find one single piece with delivery in France :-(

You could prob try in inductor (doughnut type things with wire wrapped round them, sorry if you know this already) off an old 360 or pc motherboard.
