Hey people,

Good morning.
I had my customers xbox one that was busted due to an error that appears during startup.
The throw up error would be e101 e102 etc and keeps changing every restart.
Also, the point to be noted is that it was showing me a update file that was required/missing file.
Update: rs1_xbox_rel_1610 161105-1400

I was pretty sure that the harddrive was gone bad.1.I disassembled the xbox one and removed the harddrive(wd500gb blue)
2. Went to a store and bought a brand new seagate 500gb harddrive
3. I followed this tutorial . Its a windows tutorial to partition and create a new xbox one hdd (hopefully)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GaKVBo3kdTU&t=1292s
4. The partitions were created and BAAAAAM the xbox one green logo came up and it was installing the update from the pen drive. (The update install was success and it started asking my display resolution and language., country etc)
5. Now here comes the problem- it wont detect my wireless and wired internet connections and xbox one would not load to dashboard :((((

Its so foolish that xbox one wont boot to dashboard unless we connect to internet. stupid MS

It would simply display that wireless network problem/hardware issue. I tried reseating the network chip and nothing works :((

My wireless controllers are working thought if that info is useful to you guys for troubleshoot my problem

desperately seeking for help because it does not even detect my wired connections :( . Hence i am unable to get into the xbox one dashboard.

replace the WiFi board left corner of the console it will knock out the lan cable direct when they fail, replace it and should solve your problem

The reason why i was about to ask this. was that, some people have complained that its a false error. But in my case it could be genuine hardware error.

OK i will replace it.
Ok a silly question- is there a way to boot to dash to play my games offline ? It could be of great help and workaround.
My customer is just a casual gamer and not does online play.
