Xbox One powers on then off after a sec or two.

Powers up with power on sound then off again no power down sound.

I've tested the power brick, hard drive, fan, in another XboxOne and they are all fine.

Anyone any ideas what the problem could be?

have ya tried factory reset on it with a usb stick with the files for reset on it?
