Xbox Original dash probs

When i turn my x3 off in order to go to the original dash so i can use my xbox live i get a screen with all this green writing and in the top left corner there is a number 05. can anyone help me get the dash back so i can use xbox live with out messing with anything on my 250gb hdd

you appear to have error code 5, your HDD is not locked.

Go back into config live and lock it.
