xbox price question

I just bought a bigscreen home theatre package and it came with another xbox...

Thinking of moding it with an X3, putting in a bigger drive and selling it. What's the going rate for a modded xbox? I've only modded other peoples boxes, never actually sold a modded one.. :)

Any ideas?

For just an X3, i would say $275, then add the price of the HD to that, but note that you cant sell them on eBay if thats what you were going for.

no, not on ebay... Just checking to see what going rate is to tell my buds... I'm assuming that's USD? I'm in Canada.. ;)

XBOX = $150
X3 = $60
80GB = $60

that would leave $80 ... for installation?

yep, dumb people will pay that, they don't take the time to calculate it...

Well I normally charge $50 for installation with no guarantee's.. So $80 doesn't sound that bad considering I'd "test" it first.. :D
