XBOX resetting itself after install

I have just installed and X3 CE chip into an v1.0 xbox and it boots to the dashboard and to the X3 live bios. But after a coulpe of seconds (in the dashboard)it reboots itself, and after a coulpe of seconds in the bios it freezes.

X3 CE with updated BIOS and WD 160GB hard drive. XBOX V1.0

I have read somewhere and it says on some X3 reset/eject adapter, there are few that has connections bridged via solder. You may need to peel back the adhesive and check to make sure the soldering points are not bridged. If it's bridged, fix with a desoldering braid. Sorry can't remember where I read it.
