xbox riped off

Has any one had trouble getting there xbox back from Kris at xboxrepairguide.com
I have sent several emails to him keeps beating around the bush. First says he did not receive it then he said he got and fixed it said he was sending back Dec 28th now it Jan 13. He emails back and said has to check with someone in charge of shipping it out. Then he said he would email 4 days ago still no reply.
Use caution before sending him your xbox !!!!
