Xbox RROD (2 rings) Code 0011

So im getting 2 red rings with code 0011 and im clueless now on what to do the heatsink is tightened all the way and i still get it, what could it be?

Ill post a pic of thermal compound in few minutes.

Console is made in 2006-01-04 if this helps.

If you are using metal washers remove them and only use nylon washers but you will probably need to properly reflow the CPU .

never had a problem with metal washers. Make sure they are evenly tall and making proper contact. Make sure you have enough thermal on the cpu, not too much, not too little. If there waS stock stuff of the chip and heasink, make sure its all gone before applying new.
