I dont know about the news. But you opinion on the chicken and the egg is wrong. The egg didnt come first. The reason for this is evolution, all animals evolved from single cell organism. So the single cell evolved into a chicken which then laid the egg. Thats my opinion.

actually scientists say that a creature very similar to the chicken laid the egg and its offspring was the chicken

its all to do with how evolution works - don't ask

i also used to believe what you said but was shown that the egg came first by one of my friends
