Yeah, like everyone has been saying, CLEAN THAT BOARD UP!!
Even if you getting it glitching, all that dusts going to bring on a premature RROD. Get a can of compressed air or some Isopropyl Alcohol and clean it up as much as you can.

As always 99% its down to dodgy soldering, in your case its down to not soldering all the points. Glad you got it working.
