Simple, just remapped your freeboot image manually using nandpro. If it's not broken, why fix it? Leave it as it is so long it is working.

I'd recommend using a high resistor between the jumper points even 670ohms or higher.

This is a really iffy jtag, sometimes it keeps blinking and most of the time it boots. Strange.

No I did, Its working on every boot now, because I think it was touching the metal cage so I added heat shrink tubing. Thanks everyone.
