Xbox Slim Trinity Problem

hello everyone i have trinity xbox after the glitch without problem then i've powered it on again i got Red Led (In Middle)
i have backuped it and restored its original nand (i've removed the glitch)
then i re-powered it on i got only the sound of launching
(check picture one) i tought the resistance doesn't work so i've changed it with new one , still same problem

(check picture three) some forums said it maybe the mosfet , so i tried to remove it for a test but accidentally i've broke it
please give me its reference and its compatible mosfet or if i can remove it from phat xbox 360 if it's exist
hope there will be solution
