Okay looking at the rest of your images it looks like you have a bridge at the stby_clk or two I can tell for sure. Your coolrunner soldering is pretty bad. In the pic it looks like you power and ground are shorting. Hard to tell with all that flux residue left behind.

I recommend desoldering the cr,cleaning all the flux, shortening the wire without isolation and get a better flux or better soldering iron.

looks like a mess I would stop now and get someone to fix it. you had enough time and advice with it so its time now to save your xbox.

Uh your soldering looks atrocious not to mention your wires are supposed to go into the points not just lay on top. Also if your jr is giving any kind of error 99% of the time its a soldering issue which my opinion is definitely the case here. Honestly with work like that I'm very suprised you've gotten any glitched system running

Writting the ECC does not require installing any chip. I don't know whether the original poster has the original nand dump(s) at all, as if reading the nand was successfull then writting should be aswell - except as some of you already said the standby_clk point got damaged during the coolrunner installation. I have no clue why he did not write the ecc AFTER reading the nand and BEFORE installing the chip itself, as that would help to say what the problem may be. Anyway looking at the soldering I would say it causes the whole trouble. Practicing to solder on a working board is not the best idea to be honest. :(
I read the nand two times and did not move it I have had this problem with two consoles

That's always the default answer when people have no f**king idea what's wrong and just want to spew their advice. Pretty annoying. There's nothing wrong with constructive criticism but it doesn't have to be brought up time after time after time after time.........

AND THE WIRES DO NOT HAVE TO GO IN THE f**kING HOLES!!! On top works just as well. That's the way I've always do it and the way I will keep doing it. Putting them in the vias will make zero difference.

i love this...
how people are expecting to get reading when they have liquid all over the place.
physics = liquid is passing electricity...
passing electricity all over the place = chaos... its like "big bang"... but in smaller version.

having liquid is like having metal... its even better for passing the electricity.
you have to understand that you have to avoid liquid and clean that first place. or even it wont worth the talk. even if your bro is making that for free you can make it yourself... no?

That's probably flux residue, which is non conductive. Yes, it should be removed, but I doubt it's shorting anything or creating a big bang of any sort.
