Is it possible to downgrade xbox 360 software?

Xbox software (dashboard) is protected against downgrade by efuses (please read http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77634 ).
Its all dependant on your dashboard/kernel not motherboard, though motherboard can play a part. what dash is your xenon?

U cannot downgrade a xbox 360.
U can only JTAG a xenon mb if the dashboard kernel is 7371 or lower.

U cannot rgh or JTAG a xenon on this dashboard. This is explained in Martin C roadmap. The only mod u can do is flash the DVD drive.

This may answer your question better. You cannot downgrade xbox360s like ps3 because fuses are blown inside the cpu of the box each update.
