xbox starting but x3 not working

Well, i have soldered x3 on my xbox 1.6.
xbox starting normaly msdash, but do not detect x3, and x3 external switch doen't ligh (blue or any other color).

i used the rebuild pcb.

Mine is doing the same thing but I have booted to x3 bios normous of times. But now i'm only getting MS. What wires should i check?

when using the x3, there are 3 lights on it (assuming it is a x3 CE)

2 are voltage LED's. 1 for 3.3v and 1 for 5v. they MUST light up in order for it to work.

the other one is for flash protect, but don't worry about that just yet.

OK i think i got it after some investigating. The 3.3v slot # 9 for my 1.6 rebuild was a little shaky looking. I will resolder that point and see if it will work.

I remember soldering it the first time then saying it needed more solder and i added a bead of solder but the bead is missing.

Hope this does it. Everything was going smoothly until this minor issue.

Sounds like you need to resolder your LPC pins! Thats where you should start looking, Cant rember what pins cause this though I think it is 13 and 14
