GENERAL Xbox Stuck in update loop?

hi mate just put the 13146 system update on a usb stick, insert and it will finish the update, but ya need ya drive flashing again

I've had a customer call me with this exact same issue...Update loop after installing the new dash. It won't update via USB as it is looking for the update on a game disc. As others have said use the original disc OR flash it back to CFW and continue with the update as it has already completed the drive flash process.

Had the also the same problem with a costumer this week.

I flashed the new Ixtreme+ v1.91 on it (it was an FAT), and the update went perfectly after that.
