Xbox turns on but won't stay on

It boots fine, i flashed it with m8 plus bios just cause its what i had on the Disk. It booted fine to M8 for a while and then the xbox turns off after a while. If i turn it on again it looks like it's booting then turns off. I have no I dea how could cause this. It's not FRAG since it boots to the bios on the chip.

Any help?
