Xbox v1.6b x3ce w/cp I Flashed 3294plus (no video)

Hello

I am hoping I can get help on this and it isn't as bad as what I have been reading.

I flashed my Xbox v1.6b x3 mod with control panel and everything went fine it showed that it loaded the bios and turned itself off. I used the proper bios 3294 v16plus. Now it boots with no video at all the lights are all on it is running but no video.

Does this have anything to do with the new hard drive do I need to unlock it or lock it I know it flashed properly I still get the Backup v3.01 (press power & eject together) is there any suggestions maybe I am not booting it properly. I hope someone knows how to get this running it is a premodded Xbox I had quit a hard time with this x3 1.6 and 1.6b version Xbox's this is the second one and it was sent back to be redone and this is getting very discouraging.

I am glad you asked that because I was under the same impression. I have the back up v3.01 screen and had the v3.03 screen also it flashed on 3.03 and says failed after flashing on the 3.01 backup. But now the bios I installed just started to work I think, it didn't at first. With 2 on and the rest off it shows the Xbox "Xecuter rox my box" logo at the bottom then goes straight to regular Xbox options is that what it is suppose to do? I thought it would go to something different. If related my Hard drive is acting strange too If I tap the button a few times until it reads the drive it works too but it isn't working right all the time. When I go to flash bios 3.01 screen it says not ready 3 or 4 reboots then it s it fine.

I used this link to check versions to start with and yes I confirmed it again according to the steps it is my version v1.6B I even took digital pics of the insides to confirm all that is inside.

The hhd is acting ok again I wiped it clean of game files. Now the logo comes up when it is booted but it goes right to the xbox settings is there something else I need to do.
any links that I can read

This is different I have been reading all day and it seems to me that this is something new this xbox is brand new and so isn't the chip.

I flashed Xbox Bios Evox m8 16 Bin <on on off off Protect off> to the backup and it flashed ok then shut down. I tapped the button with the <on on off off Protect off> and ithe eject button blinked 3 times green and flashed red. It still boots with a tap and <off on off off Protect off> to the xbox logo the to xbox menu screen.
Is there suppose to be a os on these chips or do I need to install one are there guides on this I mean what next. If it is showing that logo on the xbox load screen it is flashed isn't it?

Can you still boot FlashBios 3.03 off of bank 5678 (OFF ON OFF OFF)? (from your post it appears you cannot). If you can, Reflash bank 1234 (On On Off Off) with version 3294v16plus bios. Then try booting of bank 1234. If you have a version 1.6b Flashbios 3.01 will not work from the backup bank. If you do get it booted MAKE SURE and flash your backup bank with FlashBios 3.03.

You do have an X3 CE correct? If you did not flash bank 5678 it should boot to Flashbios 3.03 unless you overwrote it.
