xbox will only go to flash bios screen

I installed a x3 on my xbox flashed with v3.0.3 but it still keeps going to the flash bios screen I even tried v3.0.1 works fine in disabled mode PLEASE HELP

standard mode wont work now either eject button flashes green and red screen reads xbox requires service

I have got standard xbox mode working now I had unlocked my HD but I still cant get it to boot in mod mode is the something I forgot please help I am only new to all this

thanks for pointing that out I have followed your instructions got my user name, password etc but It is coming up with fail to connect is it posible for you to send me the files I require
