so you cant play the games off of the disks, but you can copy them to the hdd? If that is the case try running the default.xex through the filemanager from the disk.

if it recognizes it as a game check your family settings for a rating protection, or your dashlaunch settings. if you could post your launch.ini it may help us help you.

If there is an option that stops discs from playing i would disable it, or set it to false. an easy test would be to rename the file, and reboot without the system connected to a network(as liveblock would not be enabled.) It might also mean that the game needs a newer dash. If you havnt updated to the latest RGH dash(16537, soon to be 16547) i would do that, because some games were made for a certain dash or above. also is it a flashed drive, or a burnt disc? have you tried a different game? also if you rghd it before the xdg3 dash you will need to flash the latest stock firmware to your drive.

well i guess the easy question is, is it an rgh2 system or a slim, if it is it should already have the correct firmware, if it is a phat rgh1, then the drive may only play xdg2 discs. The rgh template might help, minus the pictures because your system is booting.
You should update the dash, that one is a couple of months old, just install the Dashlaunch 3.10, and set updserv=true in launch.ini, then start dashlaunch installer. you can then update to the latest version with j-runner without hooking up a jr-programmer, and it will update the avatar data also if the stock usb update files are in the right directory. the j-runner pdf will point you in the right direction. USE the latest j-runner.
