XBOX won't boot into XELL (also no green light on Coolrunner).

Hay all, i have an issue. I've dumped my nand, made a XELL image and flashed that back to the nand, then I continued to install the coolrunner via the diagrams. All my soldering look pretty tidy.

Now I've powered on my xbox but nothing is showing. Do i need to write anything to the coolrunner to get this working? There's no lights on the coolrunner either, but the xbox turns on fine (black screen on both HDMI and composite).

What's the common cause for this? Any solutions?

Great guide, I missed the flashing of the coolrunner, I have done that now. However, the coolrunner is still not appearing to be on. No lights or anything. Any ideas?

okies, the issue was with one of the solder points (the f**king tiny one near the metal Xs). The coolrunner is now running, theres a constant RED light on and the GREEN is flashing every 7-8 seconds, but no boot.

Any ideas? Oh, and thanks to all those helping, you're all being great.

Woo, it's working. Must had been that tiny solder again! I've managed to boot into XELL now! Now to get my CPU key and finish my install!

So everything worked! I'd like to thank everyone who contributed to this thread to get my xbox coolrunned.

So....now what? What do i need to read up on to get homebrew working? I have a terabtye drive here, can i attach that via usb to my console and load homebrew from that?
