Can you explain this more detailed? I am not sure what you mean by "remove the switch power connection on the x3 chip." Hope to hear from you. It is a 1.4 Crystal. I switched the PAL PSU to a NTSC 1.4 PSU. The led on the modchip pulses which makes me believe it is a PSU issue aswell.
