xbox wont power on

i took the x3 out and all i have left is the pins but there pushed out even with the back of the board or would it be the chip that the alt 5 wire was connected to please help

Does it power on without the chip?

I had an issue where it wouldn't boot up, all i had was a small pop noise. turned out to be a bad power supply.
