xBox won't start after bad dashboard update

Hi,
i tried update my dashboard and something went wrong along the way.
now my console won't start and flashing red/green from the power light.

i can boot to xell but there i get the message that:

kv_get_dvd_key Failure: kv_read.

forgot to mention this is a corona 4g.

don't really know what to do...Thanks!

do you have an original NAND dump?

you need to build a good image in JRunner on dash 16747 and put it onto a USB pen drive named as updflash.bin and boot XELL and the console will reflash itself.

i have an original NAND dump...
when i load it to J-Runner i get this:

Initializing flashdmp.bin..
Wrong CpuKey
Corona 4GB
Nand Initialization Finished

you have inserted the wrong CPU key for that image then

boot XELL and check your CPU key that you havent recorded it wrong or entered it wrong.

that's a problem because i'm writing the correct one...
also downloaded it from the xell Http client and now tried it again by writing it...

and the image i also downloaded from the http clint

you know if it has something to do with this:

post a picture of the xell page on tv or monitor and post a pic of your jrunner when you load original nand dump

are you loading the original NAND dump into JR or the one you downloaded from XELL http client?

load the original NAND dump that came from the console before it was modded, not a hacked one from XELL.

if youve flashed a duff image its completely pointless dumping it and working with it.

load the original NAND dump that came from the console before it was modded, not a hacked one from XELL.

if youve flashed a duff image its completely pointless dumping it and working with it.

Its saying flashdump in jr, if it was an original dump it would be "nanddump" (unless he renamed it)

If it was working before update then its the LDV that is incorrect hence christmas tree lights

it was working before i tried the update and when i start it normally i get Christmas lights..
and i don't know what LDV means

hacked NAND images are zero paired and LDV doesnt matter.........

only an unmodded retail image needs a correct LDV.

i suspect that your nand image has been corrupted and therefore the KV is mangled and cant be decrypted.

get a donor nand, extract the KV and SMC and SMC config and build an image with the option "build image without nand dump"

then youll need to wither patch the image with your DVD key or reflash your drive with the donor DVD key
