Do you want to load Nand 1 using Jtag tool?

get multibuilder 0.7 and make a new ecc file, then write that one to your nand and see if it will boot, i know others have had problems with jtag tool, i always use multibuilder and it have worked every time

If it's not glitchable, Multi_builder will stop and not create the ECC file.

That means CB is glitchable and shows no bad blocks, so 2 possible causes eliminated.
Did you try building new ecc file with multi builder 0.7 as suggested?

as yr CB is 6751, then i think yr only chance currently is 360_Multi_Builder_v0.7 - bcoz it's da only one support 6751 as donor aka downgrade to 6750 and go !
