GENERAL xbox360 random freezing

My xbox 360 is freezing every few minutes! It makes a loud beep noise before freezing.

Will the rrod kit possibly fix the issue or is there another product I could use? http://team-xecuter.com/RROD/

Any help is appreciated.

It's a Hitachi fat white xbox 360. No light mods, when freeze happens the power supply light is still green.

any RROD fix is not guaranteed to fix the problem. If your xbox has non HDMI then its a good possibly that u have a xenon motherboard which in my opinion is not worth ploughing any money in it to fix it. Get yourself a jasper or slim console.
