Xbox360 won't turn on?

Hey guys:

It's an Xbox 360 Slim Trinity. I tried unplugging everything and waiting a few minutes and still won't power up. I did notice on the power supply that the power light is yellow. I thought it was supposed to be green. Let me know if you need any other info, I will be happy to provide.

Super common issue with all slims, it's a pretty interesting job to find the exact issue in most cases as well.

I changed out the disk reader. That's it. I put in the Liteon DG-16D4S.

Long shot, but is there any bent pins in the USB ports?

Checked the usb pins and they looked fine. I tried it in a different port but still no luck. Could it be the power supply itself?

Check it's getting 3.3v and 5v most likely a regulator issue.

I'm sorry, I'm not really sure what the meter you're talking about is. Can you put up a picture real quick? Do you have a regular multimeter?

Turn it to dcv 20 and plug the red connector to the top and black on bottom
