XboxLive hack on old version-specific bioses (1.0/1.1)

I understand this may be totally out of line of me, or the team may just be against releasing it, but I would like to ask for the patch/advice/some other form of tips as to patching older kernels to implement the no XboxLive hack that first appeared in X2 4980.
You see, I have a v1.0 xbox, and I performed a TSOP split (two ways) because my LPC bus is slightly damaged and FRAGs with my X2 chip (not sure what's wrong right now, but I don't think I'll be able to fix it) so I cannot use my LPC chip and my guess is a 29 wire chip won't help either (I also doubt the possiblity of finding a 29-wire for sale anymore...).
So, my TSOP works great, etc. etc. EXCEPT I cannot have a multibios (i.e. every bios ever released since something like 2002) and M$ bios coexisting on the same TSOP; whichever one is on banks 1+2 will work fine, but the one on banks 3+4 will FRAG, guranteed. I tried this already with X2 5035, and several tutorials have mentioned the inherent issue found with multi-bioses.
You ask, "why does he want a hacked bios AND MS on there?" well, it's actually a friends' xbox, and he does not want to stop using Live, so it needs both a M$ bios and a X2 bios.
I am currently "stuck" if you will with v1.0 4973; not really stuck because it does all I want it too, (with minor tweaks to the binary data I have made myself) except disabling XboxLive, but I can't go anywhere else but backwards.
The no XBL hack is a precaution I would love to take, due to the lack of ANY signals during the system's normally functioning that X2 bios is loaded, besides a diff bootup screen- I haven't figured out the colors of the front LED eject ring (No functional help from any configurator, even XBTool, besides X color hacks), and the simple Radio Shack switch that changes banks does not have a light, nor can i wire a light into it)
I have already attempted finding the sections of changed code between the 4979 and 4980 kernels, as the only change was the XBL disabling, but it has been a fruitless search as of yet because of a few reasons, most notably because 4980's main body of code is a few offsets ahead of 4979 (the whole thing is shifted over a few spaces, making "find diff" return EVERY VALUE beyond the initial few hundred lines) I will continue to inspect these two in my attempts to patch myself a 1.0 bios with XBL disabled, but I would be most grateful if someone "in the know"- a dev, or just an abnormally skilled person etc XD could get into touch with me. On the same note, I totally understand if you do not wish to release this kind of information, and hate me for this. Thank You!

P.S. If you devs hate it and it's way outta line, please let me know so I don't offend more people with this question!

My hunch is that the person around here with the most knowledge on this will be Xecuter himself. Unfortunately he doesn't have the ability to send a PM or email turned on in his account (for obvious reasons) and I haven't seen him haunting the X2 forums in a bit... or at least not posting.

Maybe some of the other long timers have more of a hand in this than I suspect, if they do I'm sure they'll jump in. But I really think your best bet will be with Xecuter.

Pardon my personal ignorance of the code, but it isn't possible to induce some padding to one BIOS or the other to line up the main body and allow the find diff to work?

That's actually a really good idea, "buffer hex" to mess with the offset placement. Also, I hope Mr. Xecuter will do his rounds soon! XD I doubt my capabilities in this area, though I will still give it my best shot...

I've noticed that 4980 has a reference to "XONLINE.XPP" (I think that was it, to the letter) that is not in 4979- looks like the hack I need. Now, where the rest is in the image file, that's a different question. And of course, this isn't really something I can test! Unless that is I had a bunch of extra eeproms.

I got into modding after 4980 came out and you can run a multibios and ms bios on the tsop if you install a spdt switch as in the tutorials found here. http://www.xboxscene.net/xbox-tutorials.php?p=14|22|#22
I went one step further and mounted a dpdt switch in the back of the case and installed a led in the case that is powered off the other set of contacts so that there is a light when the hack bios is on.

I've had little progress (ok, fine, no progress...)
maiani, I know the tutorial and I did that switch. However, it dosn't work. No matter how you arrange it, one of the bioses will be forced to load parts of the other bios instead of itself, and the multibioses are too different. I tried it.
