XBR to Freeboot assistance needed

Can anyone give assistance, i need to make my xbr to freeboot and ive tried every way possible it seems and no luck, used jtag tool, easy freeboot tool, bestpig tool, every tutorial online nothing has worked.

after everything the nand never match theres always 990 non matching blocks, im thinking this is my problem just dont know how to fix

How did you get your XBR nand image? Did you get flash360 to read your nand? If not then try that and then import the image into the tools you used.

yeah thats how i did get the nand image, but i finally did get freeboot on my jtag just took alot of thinking. And the way i finally got it to work, probably shouldn't of been the way to go, but it worked. The XBR image had 2 bad blocks in it every time i wrote freeboot to it, the bad blocks went away but the image never worked. so eventually i just wrote the same bad blocks into the freeboot image as the xbr image and it worked.

Well, that technically works because you remapped the bad blocks but Xellous automatically remaps blocks for you so either way you have a working nand. Anyways good job on getting it working!
