Hopefully someone can help with this. I have a trinity board that the XCGPU was damaged on. Replacing with one from another system with a "bad smc" i believe. I have swapped the nand with it but I believe that they were on different dashboard releases. If I rememver correctly the LDV needs changed but I'm not sure how to go about doing that, or if I can do that and keep this box retail. Any advice? Nevermind. Board throws up 0023 error. Looks like the XCGPU replacement it bad. This thread can be deleted.

you would need the nand from the donor cpu to pull off a retail with it,now if you dont have retail,u can always just write the ecc for trinity to the board and get cpu key and ldv, then build an rgh image.but it would have to stay rgh.if you have the nand from the donor cpu, just write that to it and itll be fine.even as retail.

I installed the donor nand and it still gave me 0023. Thanks for the tip tho!
also need to make sure that the orig nand had bad blocks or new boards nand does, and deal with that accordingly with normap and demon write.
