XCM case does not open.

Hi everyone, I have a XCM Chameleon case and I can't get the damn thing open. I can remove the faceplate and side grills but i can't open the holes in the back. I have used the XCM 360 opening tool, yes it works great on the OEM case, but not on this XCM Chameleon. Does anybody has some tips for me or any tutorial?

Oo strange not sure then mate as have an oem case but assumed they would be the same....

Already contacted them, but they don't reply. Do you got a specific email address of XCM? I can only contact them via a form on www.teamxtender.com
