xcommander tutorials?

I couldn't find any tutorials on how to use xcommander on the internet. I've got it loaded and working in evo-x, but i'm not 100% sure how to backup my games. I want to make sure i have the correct filepath for it to show up for evox, please lemme know where i can find soemthing, or give me a quick walkthrough plz.

I think Xcommander is a file explorer program, when you want to delete or move something from a directory to another. If you want to back up your games to the HDD, use DVD2XBOX.
