just called xconsoles to return a broken demon and they said that they will not allow returns on any demon products , so now i am stuck with a broken $65 paper wieght and am a little mad now that i am out that money , no fault to tx it happens but what do i do now ??

I'm sure Xecuter products are backed by a 90 day warranty - this is assuming you haven't already attempted to fit it because that voids your warranty straight away.

so installed it and it reads and writes the stock and demon nand but it will not allow the console to boot up at all , then when i removed it the console powered on like there is nothing wrong , installed it again and found that the d0-d7 side of the demon that there is something wrong , when i soldered them to the board i all of a sudden do not have the ability to power on the console , so desoldered it again with the hot air station i have and redid it for the thrid time and found that i came from the d4 qsp on the demon so i am stuck on what to do now ?? the demon seems to works and i have done 10 slims but for some reason this one phat demon is causeing me to want to break it so now what ?

You cannot return it now because you have attempted to install it.

Your soldering looks ok from what I saw in two pictures, it says "improper soldering" his looks good to me and also what if it comes defective after testing it, say the console does not boot?

the console will not allow you to power up at all , it has done this to 3 phat consoles and two different demons so i dont know ?

I see poor alignment of the DATA points on the Demon
I see several dry solder joints
Shoddy soldering on most of the other points
Weak CR install
Did you test Demon before install ? That's an essential step in the process.
Have you tried to uninstall everything (use lots of flux and good leaded solder to free up the joints - you can clean up with braid / isopropyl after)
Best to do that and start from the beginning.
Its easy to send to someone to fix - but its sweeter to do it yourself
