Xcuter pro vs Firmware 9.1.0 = black screen?

Hi to all and thank you for help, it's very appreciated.
I'm fresh buyer of OS SX pro dongle and yesterday I'd made all the steps on the online guide:
Copy boot file
create emunand
download and load the license, but I've made all this with the 2.9.2 version of the SXOS.
So, at the focal point clicking on os the screen freeze on black and nothing happened.
I ask if someone can help me with this issue.

Firstly, download the SX OS 2.9.3 Beta and use that. No need to be on 2.9.2.

Then, make sure your SD card is formatted to FAT32. Check resources on how to do that if you don't already know.

Why FAT32? does SX latest update do not support ExFat?

It's not up to SX OS, the exFAT driver is in the official firmware. If you don't have the exFAT driver you will get a black screen trying to boot with an exFAT card.

Hi There, im new here too...i bought the dongle, proceeded as instructed...based in the reseller he told me i do not need buy a license so im a bit unsure....i have the sd in xfat with the boot file and some games...my problem is when i click + and power is doing nothing (black as off status screen). Anything else i have to do? when i charge the dongle the green light is lighting. Also tested with another sd, formatted in fat32 and did put only the boot.dat...same result. Thanx in advance!

yup, is there....curious is not turning on at all....if at least were booting in something...but nothing

For how long are you holding vol+ and power ?

My advice is to look at the dongle while holding vol+ and power, wait to the little diode lights solid greem, then release power but keep holding vol+ untill you see the red SX screen

Just did it again...30 seconds...no green light nor anything in the screen :-(
well....i re read all instructions again...starting over and i guess this is the problem?

- Updated my SXOS from 2.5.3 to 2.9.2
- Updated from 8.0.1 (exFat) to 9.1.0 (without exFat)
- After that I saw the Xecuter Logo and a black screen after that
- Than I read that I need to use 2.9.3 beta, now I see a Nintendo Logo and after that the black screen.
How could I fix this? Will a new sd card help?

And you are sure you're SD is formated as FAT32 ?

How do you think you are abel to boot on ExFAT
Format to FAT32 and you are good to go

The same happens to me with a 2019 Nintendo Nintendo from the red box, the same thing happens to me too, I get the screen in nergro and it does not start I put the template on the right joycon rail but it does not respond it does not enter rcm mode

Thats not the same

Redbox Nintende (Mariko) can't be hacked atm, you will need to wait for the SX Core to be released sometime in the future
