Xcuter pro vs Firmware 9.1.0 = black screen?

Hello I'm literally having the same issue, I have bought the team xecuter sx pro and just received it yesterday.
My nintendo firmware is 9.0.1 at this moment, with nintendo edition sd card 128gb and have formatted to fat32.
Have downloaded the sx os 2.9.3 beta, boot file.
When I press the power button and the +volume button the dongle shows 1 sec of blue light but that is all nothing happens.
Is my dongle faulty? Or what other alternatives that can be done?

Hi to all and thank you for help, it's very appreciated.
I'm fresh buyer of OS SX pro dongle and yesterday I'd made all the steps on the online guide:
Copy boot file
Showbox jiofi.local.html tplinklogin
create emunand
download and load the license, but I've made all this with the 2.9.2 version of the SXOS.
So, at the focal point clicking on os the screen freeze on black and nothing happened.
I ask if someone can help me with this issue.

Make sure it is fully charged. Only takes like 30 seconds tops.
