So I have a Sony Optiaric 5280s-CB-PLUS burner, I've just burned a bunch of XDG3 games, the ISO is 100% burned onto the disc, but when they finalize, it doesnt pass finalizing 99%. After a few retries it gives me an option to cancel the burn or just continue and leave the finalization at 99%. If I click cancel the disc won't work, but if I click continue and just go with 99% the game will works perfectly ? So since these games work and the iso is 100% ( meaning it has the CIV CHECKS burned on the disc) burned to the disc and it's just 1% of the finalization missing, am I at higher risk of getting banned? Never seen this happen before, what do you guys think?

Sorry i don't know, if there is higher risk. But are able to install whole game to HDD? Is it doing with different games or only on this one?
Make sure of a couple of things. Verify the game on ABGX360. Be sure to set proper layer break. Burn at 2.4. These should give you a good copy and verification. Oh, and anything you do that is not original to any XBOX could always lead to getting banned. This is a risk you take when going around messing with rules. Always just burn back up copies of an original game you have, otherwise you are committing piracy which 1st and foremost against the rules on TX and would also lead to a greater risk of getting banned.
The game installs to the xbox just fine, got a 100% percent install. Okay, as I mentioned above the I SO burns to the disc 100%, so it's not editing the disc or missing any parts, it's the finalization that's being funny, it's get to 99% fails a few times and then gives me the option if I want to cancel or continue. From my ICT trade school days I think I remember finalization just makes the disc acceptable by DVD players etc. I'm very familiar with the risk of modding consoles, I've modded every handheld and console since ps2, which is why I said is there a higher risk with the finalization error I'm having. I'm a lurker not a poster I usually find other people's post with the same issue and figure it out, but I searched around for the web for other people with my error, and all I could get is people who would get 99% finalization errors and the disc wouldn't play. I've never seen my issue before and was just wondering what you guys think. My burner is supposedly the best in the XDG3 business and doesn't require any setting modifications and burns and reads disc as 8.7 right out of the box. I'm just starting to think that the disc actually finalizes to 100, percent not 99 and the reason why I'm getting this error is because I'm using TDK disc instead of verbatim.
