Hi everyone, I have a Dev Kit Phat Xbox Zephyr with 120HDD with this info on the menu: XDK: 11775.2.....and ,Flash: 12379.0 ....and I want to know if it is possible for me to read the Nand(with Nand X) and then make a JTAG machine out of it.
It may sound crazy for the guys that know their ways around XDKs...but for me it doesn't because I have been trying to learn how to use it as a playable Xbox...but there is to little info about XDKs that I have found...and the advice I have had to patch the games for it, I haven't had any success with it, (please don't call me stupid) I would really appreciate if any of you give me advice or point me in the right direction, if it is possible to JTAG this machine or if it is not, then should I quit about it and try to sell it or trade it..?

Thanks in advance for any help.

JTAG or RGH is the process used to exploit the vulnerabilities in the system. If your already running a non MS system then you are already JTAGed or RGHed. You just need to build a new dash for it. Do you have your keys and original NAND dump?

Tapatalk misspelled it. Knot me.

correct me if im wrong, but i thought that jtag was used to make xbox run "like" XDK units, as you could boot unsigned xex files?

I haven't read the nand yet cause I wasn't sure if I could mess the XDK in the process...but ...?Can I read it, and get the cpu key as alexander_1333 said? (with crossover ethernet cable) ...and then build the New image with J-Runner for example and then write it back to the XDK...? ...?would it be that easy...?

It scans for xex's on boot?

Or use Xor's TheLoader

Who needs JTAG?

CPUKey?

HvxDump 1.3 - dump data from an Xbox 360 Devkit

This is a small app by TheFallen93 that will dump a bunch of things from a devkit:
- Fuse lines
- 1bl rom
- Keyvault
- Bootloaders
- Smc code
- Extended/secdata.bin

A lot of fail going on here, all of this is easily discovered. You don't get an instruction manual with an XDK but all can be found out within 5 minutes of using it.
