xe 2.6 and xbox V 1.2 or 1.3 Flash noobie

Hello, I have an xe 2.6ce chip that I have soldered onto the LPC and I have checked many times and all looks great. Using X2 Bios utility I try to flash the bios in bank 1 and 2 with xecuter flashbios_V3.0.3.bin and in bank 3 and 4 with x2_4983.67_256k

All goes through well even with varifying data to the banks but m xbox just frags, it turns on and off 3 times than flashes green/red.

I just cant figure this out, I have been racking my brain for hours.
If I turn the chip off it boots fine into the blubber.

*note- When testing I do not have the hdd or dvd rom installed, I should not neet this to test if the new bios loads right??

have you checked the D0 zero point and your penheader on your lpc port check for cold solder points oh and one thing i do just check my penheader is solder down rite ok i do a stress test on it dont push down every hard just a little to see if the pens come out if not use a Voltage meter and check your voltage on the lpc port

I think I may have found the issue, I have not tested it yet but here is my idea of the issue.

There are too many faulty tutorals out here that confiused me at first. I have the version 1.2 x box and I'm sure of that now. below is a pic please tell me if this is the correct D0 point I need to solder if it is than I soldered it to the wrong point. I soldered it to the 5th point up from the c6p8 resistor point.

I figured out how I did this..... I was looking at multiple pictures of this point and was originally looking at it backwards so I soldered it looking at an upside down pic! lol I'm an idiot! One thing is good, I learned a hell of a lot over the last week. Thank you for confirming this.

my next step is to load slayers auto installer v2.6 to my brand new 120 gb hdd but Have had no success for the last 6 hours. The flubber screen shows up and it goes as far as the xbox splash screen showing xecuter under th XB logo. I have tried burning the SlaYers_EvoX_Auto-Installer_v2.6_FINAL.iso on to many different types of media such as dvd-r <-2 different MFG'S disks and cd-r and cd-rw all with no luck. I cant figure what I may be doing wrong.
Anybody have any idea?

1.)Do I maybe need to flash a different bios to load this disk?

Flash with 5035. Be sure to use the version for your Xbox. Try burning Slayer's at a slower speed.
