I was on the blue screen that first appears when you have just installed the Xecuter 2.6 CE modchip and trying to install the bios I accidentally pressed (yea right) the lock hdd option.... am I totally screwed or is there something that I can do about it?

are you using stock or new hdd?

if its a new hdd that's not locked then i wouldn't worry to much as it needed to be locked anyway inorder to boot normally when your chip is disabled or to use xblive

are you getting any errors when booting up your box?

Everything was working fine, but since I'm a genious I decided to press lock HDD to see what it did and now I can't access that same blue screen again and the xbox turns off and on turning green and red.... Before I pressed the lock hdd option everything was runing great I had the xbox original hd installed , this is the first time I mod my xbox and had just finished installing the mod chip when I had the bright Idea of selecting that option.

Also if I disable the mod chip I'm able to run the xbox normally.... but If I activate it I get the xbox turning off and on and flashing green and red.

i'm not sure what affect locking the hdd again would have on the box not booting up
someone else with alittle more knowledge will have to explain that one

if both banks are messed and can't be recovered then you'll need to get a programmer to flash your chip or to do a hotswap with another chip and box

Sounds like it has nothing to do with your hard drive. My guess is it is the switches. Since you can turn your chip off and it works fine, there is nothing wrong with the hard drive. Try playing around with the switches a little bit. I would also check to make sure there aren't any pinched wires going to the switches.
