Xecuter 2.6 Lite Plus Xapter Problem (FRAG)

I installed the Xecuter 2.6 Lite Plus with Xapter to my Xbox and there's a problem with the xapter. When I turn the Xbox on with the Chip on i get the Boot 3 Times and FRAG, when I turn the chip off it boots the MS Dash. I've used a friend's Xapter on my Xbox and my chip and i dont get that problem anymore, can someone help me find out how to fix this?

Can you see any physical differences between your Xapter and your friend's piece? Do you have a multimeter so that you could check that all pins on the bottom of the Xapter properly connect to the top? Since you are getting a FRAG it sounds like you have a point that isn't making a complete circuit. Might want to start looking up what the return/exchange policy is at the shop you bought the chip. Since it seems like the part may be bad you'll want to know how long you can fiddle with it before you can no longer get a replacement.
