Xecuter 2.6 not running Halo and Halo 2

i need help,

I got an original halo and halo 2 disks, I have a modded xbox using xecuter 2.6 bios 4978, when the xecuter is enabled by the switch the game does not run, it just goes to a black screen, if i turn xecuter off the game runs fine, the same happens when i try running from the hdrive, it goes to loading then to a black screen and nothing happens, I left it like that for hours to see if it would load but no luck,
NHL 2007 runs ok under xecuter using the original disk and running it through the hard drive.

I have an original xbox v 1.0

any ideas?

I am using evolution x dash board 3935
I tried the clearing saves but no luck.

the game works from the original disc only if I run it with the xecuter chip in the off possition.

other games like nhl 2007 work fine.

any ideas??

I have tried all options, north american, default, etc.

I will try upgrading the bios to see if that makes any difference.

any ideas on where I can get it? I am trying the torrent link but no seeders to download from.
