Xecuter 2.6 problems

When I first installed the Xecuter 2.6 chip on my 1.6b xbox and tried to boot with chip disabled the power button flashed red/green. But with the chip enabled it went to the flash bios v3.3. I had trouble flashing the chip using a dvd so i decided to use ftp. So i flashed it with Xecuter 3 bios 3294. Now when I try to turn xbox on it just flashes red/green, with chip off/on bank 1/2. Can you tell me what's wrong and how to fix it.

you flashed the wrong bios x3 for the x3 chip you need x2 5035 v16 plus just reflash chip

How can I reflash the chip if flash bios doesn't come up?

and can you tell me how i can get the m$ bios to come up when I disable the chip. With D0 wire connected and chip disabled it just flashes red/green.

switch too bank 2 get you flashbios 3.0.3 that work with v1.6b xbox
if no flashbios need to do hotswap or buy a programer
check install you should get m/s with x2 disabled or at lest a error number

I suggest buying a programmer. I got one and it's the best thing. You don't even need the xbox anymore to flash a bios when you have a programmer. The programmer just fits into your printer port and USB port on the back of your PC...then you slap the chip on.....open up x2bios manger and fill in your banks with the latest bios for your chip. When you have done this, you know that you bios is good, so if you still get a F.R.A.G. (Flashing Red And Green) the problem is elsewhere like in your d0 soder point.

X3 bios is a 1 meg bios, so both banks are hosed. You will need a programmer, or another working modded Xbox to hot swap with. Oh you will also need to learn how to read because it says right in the zip file that bios won't work with an X2.
