Xecuter 2.6 with X3 bios

Can I flash my Xecuter 2.6 with the X3 bios, or am I stuck with the X2 bios?

non stealth game

sorry if it's the wrong section.

i just have a simple question, a friend of mine brought 2 back up DVDs to show me, he tried them on my xbox that has iXtreme LT on a Liteon (360 elite)

he played modern warfare 2 for less than 3 minutes offline and dead risen only the intro also offline and left me the dvds for me to try them later on to see if i like them.

yesterday i checked the games with abgx and they didn't pass the stealth, i got red writting.

i want to know if i will get banned when i go online (not with this games , i mean just get online, with original games ) as those games were played on my xbox and were not stealth

and if i get banned will my hard drive get crippled ?

i dnt plan to ever use those 2 games ever again, but they were already inside my xbox even tho for short time

how big is the chance now of getting banned ?

its hard to say. M$ logs all of your system data. Time doesnt really matter, though I would say it would be pretty slim

sorry to bother again, thinks r just not quite clear to me, i read n what i meant about crippling the hard drive i mean that i wont b able to install games to it, i read some ppl that got banned saying they couldn't install games anymore, but i read that u could use the hard drive in other xbox, so my point is if i will b able to continue installing the games to the hard drive normally, or which others side effects i would have if i get banned besides not being able to use xbox live

During the last ban wave they removed the banned xbox's ability to install games to the hard drvie. The Hardr ive was never crippled or unusable they just disablded this fuinction along with things like dlc, streaming media to the xbox, etc.

However in the lastest update in april, when the usb flash drives were added. the update restored this game to hard drive install functionality again. No one really knows for sure why they reenabled it. some say it was due to pending lawsuits, mircosoft couldn't get the flash drives to work without allowing hard drive functions again, and I[ve even heard it was just overlooked. But again no one but microsoft really knows for sure.

What will happen, and is still true with banned consoles during the last ban wave, is that once you access your profile or a game save on the banned xbox it is flagged with some kind of ID number. this number will make the profile or game save appear as corrupted on any other console, but it will remain totally usable on the banned console.

If the console is banned and you don't access anything you can take the drive and just place it on another console, recover the gamertag and you should be good to go with no tagging or "corruption." There are also ways to untag or uncorrupt the data you did access so it can be used on a legit xbox. I won't go into how to do that here but im sure you know how to search the internet.

Now considering your situtation, I would frequent modding sites just to check up on thing to see if people start talking about being banned. if another ban wave comes it might be best to just pull your xbox offline and keep it that way. go get another arcade unit to play online and keep it legit. use a flash drive to tarnsfer your gamertag.

i dnt really mind if i get banned as far as my xbox continues functioning normally.
i'm not planning on buying other xbox for playing online as i barely do it.
