xecuter 2.6ce won't work

I'm having a hell of a time getting this damn chip to work. I have an xecuter 2.6ce on a 1.0 xbox, flashed flashbios on bank 1 and 5035 on bank 2. When i first installed the bios the xbox worked fine, both banks loaded like they're supposed to. but the next day FRAG on bank 1 and blank screen on bank 2.

Finally got around to it and Re-soldered all points, actually ruined my d0 trace in the process but fixed that. actually had someone do it who does this kind of stuff for a living and he assured me all solders points are okay. I figured i'd take the next step and measure the voltage on the pin header.

Pin 1 is the only one that isn't what it is supposed to be (.2V) according to http://xbox-scene.com/articles/lpc-diag.php.
Stiil FRAGS on bank 1 and only loads a blank screen on bank 2. The MS dash works fine.

What to do now? I'm getting desparate. about to take a hammer to the chip

I got the 5035 bios from a torrent, the hash checked out, I got the cromwell bios from xbox scene i think. The only thing i did was load the slayers auto installer disk to make sure it worked, which it did, but i didn't do anything with it. I also deleted a bunch of game saves and songs to lighten up the drive. I made sure it still worked after i did all of these things and it did, until the next day.
The only think i can think of that may have been a predictor of this happening was that bank 2 would not load every time, i had to restart the xbox a couple of times sometimes to get the picture to load. Bank 1 loaded consistently.

I'm not sure but this means I'm going to have to get a programmer to re-flash because cromwell won't load, right?
