In what order do i do these things because i have tried to flash my xbox but it didnt work i thought it might be due to the X2 switch could you tell me the combination to flash my bios and do i need to install evox before i flash my bios?

A flashbios screen comes up but with me it didnt i followed all of the steps correctly but my xbox said that it could not read the disc this also could be due to the switch or the medium that i used. i used a philips 4-12 speed cd-rw thanks xenon
