Xecuter 3 and new HDD

I just added a new HDD and an X3, due to a HDD crash. After completing the install per the tutorial, I am getting an error 16. Any suggestions?

Get online and get slayer 2.6. Once you secure the package, burn the .iso to a CD-RW and boot up with it. Do a fresh install. Its all in the tutorial that comes with it. This will install everything you need including a new M$ dash.

*sigh* error 16 is a clock issue, search the forum, there is a sticky about it somewhere..
